"I had to change credit cards due to fraud on my account. I forgot to change my card info, and the next autopay did not process due to the change. They charged me a late fee, but removed that at my request. I updated my card information for the next autopay, but for some reason their system used my old card, which bounced again. They have a policy of only reversing one such charge per year. However, since I could show that I had updated my card info, Stacey's office worked hard with those in the "ivory tower" to convince them to allow a second late fee reversal. Many thanks to Stacey and her team."

"Rude, refused to answer basic claim process questions. Not someone who is willing to help during a difficult time."

"Too expensive. Will be looking elsewhere if Stacey doesn't lower my auto rates. I have 2 2010 and one 2005. Zero claims for over 15 years and paying over $500 per month. Yes, the cars are 15 years old and 20 years old."
